The iGPSGIS II application presents a comprehensive solution for GPS and GIS mapping, enabling users to record Points, Lines, and Areas along with descriptive attributes. In scenarios where GPS signals are compromised, the app allows for digitization of features overlaid on background maps, or the creation of points through manual entry of angles and distances.

Users can assess distances and area measurements in real-time and maintain a recorded track of their movements. The application facilitates data organization through Topic layers, featuring vivid symbols and text labels for ease of understanding. It supports the seamless import and export of shapefiles, as well as file transfer via FTP or email, with options for cloud storage integration.

This app proves particularly beneficial for sectors such as utilities, natural resources, land management, archaeology, and other applications requiring effective data collection and enhanced productivity. Notably, the app offers the ability to re-orient the CMTINC .pim background map, ensuring that the user's direction of travel is consistently displayed upwards on the screen during movement.
